We are thrilled to announce that Open House Center will be relocating to a brand-new facility down the street! As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), our new location spans an impressive 11,000 square feet and has undergone a complete interior and exterior remodel.
This upgraded space was designed with our clients in mind, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment where specialized nursing services and meaningful day program activities can thrive.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new home as we continue to provide the same compassionate care and enriching opportunities that our clients and their families have come to trust. We have a tentative goal of showing consumers and their families the new space by January 2025. Our official move-in and change of location will occur in the Q1 of 2025.
Please be advised that all consumers of Open House Center will receive an official letter at least 30 days prior to the confirmed relocation date. This ensures that everyone has ample time to prepare for the move.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this transition. We look forward to welcoming you to our new facility soon!
