• Educate Yourself & Others – Learn more about autism and share accurate information to combat misconceptions.

• Support Autistic Voices – Listen to and amplify the experiences and perspectives of individuals on the spectrum.

• Wear Blue or Gold – Show support by wearing colors associated with autism awareness, such as blue (Autism Speaks) or gold (Au, the chemical symbol for gold, representing autistic pride).

• Advocate for Inclusion – Support policies and initiatives that promote accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful opportunities for autistic individuals.
